Do you offer international shipping?

What is the warranty policy for MelGeek keyboards?
All MelGeek keyboards come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
Are the keycaps and switches hot-swappable?
Most of our keyboards, including the Mojo series, feature hot-swappable PCBs, allowing you to easily change switches without soldering.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items in their original, unopened packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return request.

You can use our proprietary KBTools software to customize lighting effects, remap keys, and set up macros for your MelGeek devices.
